Zdravo!

 My name is Piotr, I'm EVS Volunteer in the Center For Rural Development in Struga

 I'm here because after two years of professional work in Poland, I decided it is a time to gain experience in an international environment. The first project in which I participated was a one month project in Spanish village Sierra Elvira - 10 km from Granada. I worked in a shelter for immigrants, I was a teacher of basics computer skills, my tasks include also learning Spanish and helping local people in daily work in shelter. In Spain I worked in a team of about 50 people from various countries, Spain, Argentina, Turkey, Sweden, Slovakia, Ghana, Cuba and probably I not even mentioned all. After a month in Spain I decided participate in project in Macedonia. Why Macedonia? I'm here for two reasons. I always wanted to see the Balkans, I call this region a little European Union, due to matters of nationality, religions and languages, it seems to me that there is such a beautiful region on earth who can set an example to the whole world how its possible to work an live side by side in spite of the painful history. Total diversity - this is the main reason why I'm here. The second reason is the natural beauty of Macedonia, and amazing hospitality of the people that can not be found in any other place on earth.

 In project I am a guy who is doing video processing and web pages. So if something does not work in this blog - this is my fault :)
